Kipling Restaurant Turin

Situated in the center of Turin in Piazza Bodoni, towards the eighteenth century part of the city by the “Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi”. Kipling Restaurant&wines has been offering traditional piedmont, Mediterranean and ethnic dishes for over sixteen years.

We are open everyday of the week for lunch and dinner, and the kitchen is always open from mid-day to half-past twelve.

To accompany your journey of flavours you may choose to have a good glass of wine chosen from our extensive wine list, which offers over 800 of the best national, local and international wines.

The restaurant has just been completely refurbished maintaining the same price range and abandoning the colonial style in favour of a modern environment with natural stone walls and warm and welcoming colours. We have also widened our food selection to cater for people with food allergies and we also offer gluten-free dishes.

Aside from our traditional cuisine, based on meat, fish and vegetarian dishes we continue with our passion for traveling, offering spicy flavours for those in search of an ethnic experience, we also offer our customers the chance to choose from a selection of Lonely Planet guide books, maps and travel guide books to read while they eat.






From mid-day, Monday to Friday we offer a choice of quickly prepared meals with satisfying vegetarian, land, sea and ethnic dishes of the day all mouthwatering and offered at a very reasonable price. Our mid-day grill offers a wide choice of meats or fish accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

Children are always welcome, in the bathrooms we offer baby-changing facilities and in the dining area we offer children highchairs so that they can stay with their parents during mealtime.

An English menu is available for our international customers, the kitchen is always open offering the possibility to eat at all hours from mid-day to half-past twelve with great attention paid towards intolerances and allergies with tailor made dishes, a zone where the aperitifs are accompanied by a plate of freshly prepared finger food, a selection of twenty five teas and herbal teas to sip accompanied by a slice of home-made cake prepared with great love and care by Kipling.
